Friends. They keep me healthy, alive, growing. I am not an easy friend. My preference is solitude It is difficult to remember that I NEED friends in my life. Sometimes, I forget that I need to make an effort, to call, to sit, to listen. Always, I am rewarded when I do.

Today, I celebrate my friends, old and new. I honor your worth in this world and specifically, to me. My life would not be the same without the friends who came, who went, who stayed. I am far richer for having these people in my life.
